Do you have type one or type 2 diabetes? Would you like to use digital technology to better self-manage your condition? Do you have a tablet, smart phone or computer (either laptop or PC)?

Then it sounds like the Diabetes Digital Coach is for you!

Due to go live in January 2018, the Diabetes Digital Coach will give people with diabetes access to a specially selected suite of integrated digital tools. Register your interest here and we'll let you know when this exciting new service launches.

Enabling individuals to ‘do the right thing at the right time’ the Diabetes Digital Coach will also encourage more timely and appropriate support from family and friends, carers and healthcare professionals.

User Acceptance Testing

We’re now putting the finishing touches to the Diabetes Digital Coach, with user acceptance testing starting soon, ahead of the new service going live in the new year.

If you’d like to be one of our testers and get a sneaky peak at the Coach before its official launch, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be asked to provide feedback on its design and functionality, so that we can iron out any niggles before the big unveil in the new year. Interested? Please email chris.padgett@weahsn.net before 23 October to find out more.

NHS Test Beds

Diabetes Digital Coach is one of seven 'test beds' announced by NHS England in 2016. Each of these test beds is evaluating how we can better use new technologies to help people stay well and support people with long term conditions monitor and manage their conditions themselves at home.
